- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates vary during the week and even seasons. Feel free to contact us to get an accurate hourly rate for your move date! We do not have any hidden fees, everything that might be extra(moving extra heavy items, packing supplies, and etc) will be included in our quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer service representative will carefully listen to the details regarding your move, ask questions if necessary and tell you everything about how MuraWay Moving helps customers all across LA and Orange County with their moves on a daily bases. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
Established in 2017, MuraWay Moving is a privately owned and operated moving company based in LA County, California. It was established by two friends who once worked for a moving company for several years. Once we have gained enough experience and connections in the industry, we have decided to open our own moving company. With the experience and industry know-how, MuraWay Moving is able to provide the clients with strong-trained movers, and quality work in an efficient, cost-effective way.
