I just used the service and it was awesome. Ali and Yera were very professional and made sure that neither my furniture nor my walls were damaged. They were so careful and I loved it. I have hired people from different company before and they dragged my couch on the floor without even wrapping it. These guys knew what they were doing!!

I recently had a great experience using DoStar to help me move from downtown LA to my new apartment. The movers arrived right on time and were extremely efficient in packing up my half-packed apartment. They worked quickly and carefully to get all of my belongings loaded onto their truck. Throughout the move, the movers were courteous and professional. They handled my furniture with care and made sure to wrap and protect all of my fragile belongings.
I've tried a bunch of movers in LA but I had such a positive experience that I would absolutely use them again in the future and suggest them to anyone in need of moving services.

This is an excellent and reputable company. They did the job and when it turned out to be larger than expected they sent out guys for an addl 3 hours at no cost to complete the work. I very much appreciated their prompt responses and attention to customer service.

Absolutely excellent and knowledgeable movers. Arrived on time with everything they needed. I wasn’t sure that I hadn’t gotten a big enough pod, but they managed to fit all of my things with room to spare. Moved out of my apartment, into their truck, drive to the pod facility and loaded the pod all within the three hour window, and shrink wrapped all of my furniture for protection. Highly recommend!

We are honest with our customers, and we make a human connection rather than just treating the move like a job. Our steps
- provide an estimation
- send a confirmation letter
- call one day prior to confirm the move and crew
- arrive on time
- start the time exactly when the crew start to work, not when they come
- Wrap the furniture with blankets, shrink wrap, etc.
- Packing
- Unpacking in a new place (if a customer asks for)
- Help to put every furniture into the right place
- Finish the move
