Expert & Young (Alex & Nick, 2 men) were excellent. I would use them again because of their flexibility and work ethics. They took good care of my furniture.They not only helped me move my items up and down 40+ stairs with no elevators/dolleys, but they also mounted my tv, put felt pads on the furniture (at my request) since I have wood floors, helped me unload my car, packed up some shoes and all my clothes (hanging in closet) in boxes, and moved the washer/dryer. I gave them a heads up about not being able to take my queen box spring up the stairs to the bedroom; Nick climbed on my roof and with much maneuvering they were able to get the box spring in. thru the window. They were a bit late but called ahead to let me know. Their messaging back is a bit delayed but as long as u made the appointment, ure set (I didn't receive a confirmation a few days when I checked in but they did call earlier on move-day to check-in).

This process could not have been more easy. Wonderful people who took care with my belongings. They efficiently moved all my furniture and put it back together at my new place. I am SO glad I chose this company for my move. If you're struggling to decide on a company, just go with these guys - you won't regret it.

Alex and Nick were amazingly efficient and fast. We had quite the challenging move, with a large distance between both our new and old apartment and the loading zone, and stairs in between. They protected everything very well, nothing was damaged, and the estimate was accurate. Would use these movers again!
