- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to keep pricing clear and straightforward. The total cost depends on the size of the move, distance, access conditions, and any special items that need extra care. We do our best to avoid surprises and explain everything upfront so you know what to expect before move day. We offer $50 discount to Thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning the details of your move, including the locations, timing, and what needs to be moved. From there, we provide a quote, answer any questions, and help you get scheduled. On moving day, our team shows up ready to work hard, handle your belongings with care, and keep the process moving as smoothly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on moving work and real-world problem solving on the job. Our team is trained in proper lifting, loading, packing, furniture protection, and safe handling practices. In this line of work, experience, care, and consistency matter just as much as anything else.
