I was very pleased with the service. I spoke to Dave in advance and we discussed all costs before the job started. The movers were very professional. They wrapped and handled carefully all items that called for special care. They moved all boxes, furniture and other items carefully without banging into walls so I didn't have to worry about touch ups to the place I was moving from. Everything arrived at the new place in good condition. I have nothing but compliments for these movers.

Fantastic experience all around. After booking PTM, Dave called to review all of the items in our home and whether anything would need special handling. He called to re-confirm details 2 days before the move. We could not have been more impressed with PTM's handling of our furniture and art. Everything was very carefully wrapped, with blankets as necessary. We've now unpacked and confirmed that *everything* arrived in perfect condition - not a scratch or a single broken item. The move itself was exceptionally fast. Thanks, PTM.

These guys were thorough and professional. Simple setup via text and a phone call, Dave checked in periodically to make sure everything was set for the day. The move went very smoothly. Guys were slightly delayed by traffic but communicated clearly about holdup and when they showed up they got right to work carefully and industriously. They were professional and courteous and accommodating to the various things that popped up. Everything arrived without a scratch. Old and new houses not damaged. A really great team.

We had our floors refinished and needed to move furniture out of a few rooms into another room. I got many quotes that were expensive for this type of job. PTM Movers were reasonable and helpful. Dave is super-responsive and got back to me right away. The guys showed up on time and did the job very well. We're having them come back to move everything back into place. If you need a mover you can rely on, give PTM a call!

I needed to move and didn’t want to go through with it on my own so I decided to hire movers. PTM did the job well and got me out of my place and in a new one in no time and no hassle. I’d call them again though I hope I don’t have to move again, any time soon. Great service.

Customer service: 1.Dialog-listening to the customer's needs and challanges and conveying/establishing PTM Mover's value-add services, solutions & options to the customer. 2. Explaining the entire moving experience to the customer from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the company owner I have 15 years of professional moving experience. Some of our Movers have upward of up to 19 years of professional moving experience.
