I was very pleased with the service. I spoke to Dave in advance and we discussed all costs before the job started. The movers were very professional. They wrapped and handled carefully all items that called for special care. They moved all boxes, furniture and other items carefully without banging into walls so I didn't have to worry about touch ups to the place I was moving from. Everything arrived at the new place in good condition. I have nothing but compliments for these movers.

These guys were thorough and professional. Simple setup via text and a phone call, Dave checked in periodically to make sure everything was set for the day. The move went very smoothly. Guys were slightly delayed by traffic but communicated clearly about holdup and when they showed up they got right to work carefully and industriously. They were professional and courteous and accommodating to the various things that popped up. Everything arrived without a scratch. Old and new houses not damaged. A really great team.

Had a last minute move. Not only were they prompt... They hit the ground running. Stairs, no problem, narrow stairs, not a problem either.

Customer service: 1.Dialog-listening to the customer's needs and challanges and conveying/establishing PTM Mover's value-add services, solutions & options to the customer. 2. Explaining the entire moving experience to the customer from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the company owner I have 15 years of professional moving experience. Some of our Movers have upward of up to 19 years of professional moving experience.
