- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves we apply an hourly rate. We have a 3 hour minimum requirement. We do not charge you for the time required to drive to your pick-up or to drive back to our parking from your drop-off location. However, if the distance between your pick-up and drop-off locations is more than 10 miles, "double drive time" will be applied to your move. So, for example, if it takes us 30 minutes to drive from your pick-up to drop off location, 30 additional minutes will be added to your final invoice. This procedure is regulated by the public utility commission of California for all licensed and insured moving companies. Ask for Monday -Thursday lower rate!
