- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since many of our services are creative and our clients needs are different, we have to take a project by project approach to pricing. As we try to give a ballpark estimate based on past experience, each job eventually has different components which effect the overall bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we would like to have a conversation about the full scope of the work you are looking to have done. From there we can generate a plan of action to fully develop a collaborative experience that will deliver what our clients need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we are new to Thumbtack, we have a decades of experience generating studio quality work for the entertainment industry while also working with residential and small business spaces.
