We have worked with Brandy throughout the years on a series of one‑day corporate events for groups of 30–50 people, and she has been exceptional every single time. Each program included breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail hour, and a team‑building component, and Brandy handled every detail from start to finish. From the initial planning calls to the final guest leaving, her organization and communication were flawless. She sourced and coordinated venues, catering, rentals, and activities, built clear timelines, and kept us updated without ever overwhelming us with minutiae. As an internal stakeholder, it was a huge relief to know that someone was quietly managing all the moving parts in the background. On event days, Brandy was on‑site early, checking setups, confirming menu details, AV, signage, and dietary needs, and making sure our leadership team always knew where to be and when. Each event flowed seamlessly from breakfast to sessions, through team‑building, and into cocktail hour and dinner, and our employees repeatedly commented on how organized and thoughtfully run everything felt. Hiring Brandy as our day‑of wedding coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. From our very first call, she was organized, calm, and incredibly reassuring, and by the time the big day arrived, we trusted her completely! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Brandy took over communication with all of our vendors, finalized our timeline, and caught a bunch of little details we never would have thought of. She ran our rehearsal, answered every question quickly, and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute rockstar. With 150 guests, multiple vendors, and a lot of moving parts, everything ran perfectly on time and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If there were any issues behind the scenes, we never knew about them. Brandy handled everything with a smile and so much professionalism.
