Hiring Brandy as our day‑of wedding coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. From our very first call, she was organized, calm, and incredibly reassuring, and by the time the big day arrived, we trusted her completely! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Brandy took over communication with all of our vendors, finalized our timeline, and caught a bunch of little details we never would have thought of. She ran our rehearsal, answered every question quickly, and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute rockstar. With 150 guests, multiple vendors, and a lot of moving parts, everything ran perfectly on time and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If there were any issues behind the scenes, we never knew about them. Brandy handled everything with a smile and so much professionalism. Our families and friends kept commenting on how seamless the day felt and how relaxed we were, and that is 100% because Brandy was quietly making sure every detail was taken care of. We were able to be fully present, enjoy our reception, and actually soak in the night instead of managing logistics. She even had a quick fix when the strap on my wedding dress came loose!
