- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is comparable to those in the industry. The price per project is $24/hour (typing, spreadsheets, presentations, converting documents from PDF to Word, mailing list, invoicing, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to better learn about the client’s needs, I request a call or email from the client to discuss their project needs, priorities, and deadlines. Once all questions have been answered and documents received, I begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of administrative support and customer service experience. I have also owned my own catering business which allowed me to use a lot of my skillsets. I constantly stay up to date on new software offerings and seek out opportunities to learn new software programs. I apply my skills learned from my Bachelors in Business Administration - Business Information Systems.
