We had an unforgettable night with Chef Taylor! From the preparation to break down, I can’t say enough how happy we were with our experience. The Italian dishes she prepared for us are still talked about often to this day - each dish was uniquely delicious and the care and attention to detail she put in to each item was evident. On top of the amazing meal, Taylor herself is such a joy. She is professional, prepared, and just made the evening a wonderful experience for us. We hope to work with Chef Taylor many times in the future!

I’ve worked with Taylor twice now and both times have been a pleasure! The first time was a smaller dinner party. It was delicious, two things stand out from that that you NEED to request. the focaccia (which she also made a GF alternative) and the most amazing pistachio cake (see photo). She did a chicken Marsala for the main with two different appetizers and a side as well.
The second time I worked with her I had her recreate the pistachio cake for my wedding. She modified it so it was more acceptable for a wedding (reduced the fluffiness of the filling & added raspberries). It was amazing.
