My family and I had a wonderful experience with Chef Nikki for my birthday dinner. She took the time to understand my food restrictions and gave me delicious options to choose for dinner. She was communicative, professional and extremely thorough. Plus she left my kitchen emasculate afterwards! Easy going, and relaxing experience with her 👍🏼😃

Nikki is creative, professional, and all about meeting the individual needs of her customers. For our family, she created box lunches for a birthday picnic in a peach orchard, she cooked weekly family dinners during a very pressured time in our lives, and later she created heart-healthy meals that helped my vegetarian husband lose weight after his heart attack. She's a gem!!

Nikki was absolutely amazing! Great to work with and of course fabulous food! She was so easy to work with and created such a thoughtful menu for our group. I would definitely recommend and use again hopefully in the near future!

Nikki was an awesome chef for our small dinner (10 people). The food was delicious, served right on time, and looked phenomenal! She was very kind and professional. 5 stars! Would hire again!

I have had the privilege of attending several dinner parties where Chef Nikki was hired to prepare the feast. From appetizers to entrees and deserts you are in for a treat. She is a stickler for the freshest organic and nutrient dense ingredients and has skills for many cuisines. She has a big heart and aims to please her clients and their guests. These events have all been joyful and memorable culinary experiences.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I began cooking under the master tutelage of my Auntie — flour all over my tiny apron — at age 5 . I used to ask her to gather and prep ingredients while trying to take over the big jobs as I was clearly “head chef” and she was my “assistant.” We laugh — and agree to disagree — to this day ! Ha .

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Cooking in someone’s home is an intimate affair . I encourage people to talk to a few people by phone or in person — and go with your gut and/or intuition regarding the best fit with your vision .
