Monica is worth her weight in gold! I wish I were a rich woman so I can have her full-time and that’s the truth. I called her because I had thousands of photos covering my living room and she helped me organize 70 years’ worth of memories. I feel like a human again!

Monica is a wizard at her organizing craft. My husband and I moved to a new city, got married, and started a new job so our home was a hot mess. It was stressful to walk into and certainly wasn't a place we could cook in, relax, or live comfortably. We were frequently seeking refuge in nearby coffee shops in order to have clear space to work or read. During the limited free time that we did have, organizing our place was the last thing we wanted to do. It was then that we knew we would need some organizing help. Enter Monica. Monica transformed our space into a live-able home. She organized with empathy, never making us feel embarrassed for our cluttered belongings and told us that we were not required to get rid of anything we were not ready to get rid of yet. Monica is an amazing organizer who truly considers her clients' needs and how they use their space when designing organizational systems and transforming homes. As she moved from room to room and organized spaces big and small--my pantry, closets, and even the junk drawer--I realized Monica was giving me the gift of time. Now that everything has a place, I no longer feel rushed (or "frantic" as my husband used to say) when I leave the house. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to think of my work as a three step process:
Intention—During the initial consult and walk through, clients articulate their goals and visions for the space.
Attention—We get to work! I coach clients through letting go of items that no longer serve them so they can make more room for what’s truly important to them, be it physical items or non-material goods like time. After a thorough sorting and purging, we then find homes within your house so you maximize use and enjoyment of your belongings.
No tension—I aim to help clients form sustainable habits and systems to keep your life organized.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I like my clients to consider the following three questions:
What do I envision for my space? What challenges prevent me from achieving my ideal space? Am I ready to commit to meaningful change?
