I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mindful Organizing on a few projects, and every experience has exceeded my expectations. She helped my former boss with a home move — unpacking, settling in, and getting everything organized (this was a multi-day project). She also helped organize a storage unit filled with business-related items, bringing real order to what felt overwhelming — complete with labeling, and an inventory sheet with photos so you always know exactly what’s there and where to find it. And separately, she helped me tackle my own office closet, including setting up my file folders and binders. One thing consistent across every project — she labeled everything, making it easy to find and maintain long after she’s gone. What sets her apart is her non-judgmental approach — she meets you where you are with zero pressure. She also makes a point to work with what you already have, finding creative ways to reuse and repurpose items rather than rushing to buy new, which reflects her thoughtful, eco-friendly philosophy. The attention to detail, calm approach, and genuine care for getting things right made such a difference. Highly recommend!

Cynthia is the hardest working individual I have ever met! She is extremely focused and has a vast knowledge of what should be recycled and what can be donated. I sleep well knowing that when I moved cross country, I have contributed to the landfill as little as possible.
