First Shopping Hour Complimentary Need organizing products for your project? Your first hour of personal shopping is complimentary. Additional shopping time is billed at the regular hourly rate. Multi-Day Project Bonus Book a project spanning 2 or more days and receive 1 complimentary hour of organizing toward your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
start by learning about your space, what isn’t working, and what you’d like to accomplish. I’ll ask for photos and discuss your priorities, budget, timeline, and whether you’d like to incorporate organizing products. From there, I create a plan for the space. During our session, we work through decluttering, categorizing, organizing, space planning, and creating functional systems that fit your everyday routine. I can also provide product recommendations, personal shopping, product assembly/placement, labeling, donation coordination, and ongoing maintenance support. My goal is to create a space that not only looks organized, but actually makes your day-to-day life easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over two years of hands-on professional organizing experience working independently and alongside professional organizing teams. My experience includes decluttering, space planning, product selection, personal shopping, packing and unpacking, installation/setup, inventory, and creating customized organizing systems. My background in hospitality and client service has also taught me how to listen closely, understand each client’s needs, and provide a supportive, judgment-free experience throughout the process.
