- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of the project and billed hourly or by session. Every space is different, so I offer a brief consultation before we begin to give you a realistic estimate of time and cost. For larger projects, I may need to bring in additional team members, which will be reflected transparently in your quote. There are no hidden fees — just honest work and clear communication from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation — either by phone or in person — so I can understand your goals, your space, and how you want to feel when we're done. From there, I walk through the space with you, assess what we're working with, and build a plan that makes sense for your life and schedule. Day of, we get to work! We can work together or independently, depending on your preference. Before I leave, we do a walkthrough to make sure everything feels right and that you feel confident maintaining your new space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation is 16-plus years as a professional Producer and Project Manager, a role that demanded precise spatial planning, creative problem-solving, and the ability to bring order to complex, fast-moving situations. Over the course of my career I also took on Art Direction responsibilities, which sharpened my eye for functional and aesthetic space design. That professional background, combined with years of personally navigating and resolving challenging real-life situations for friends, family, and myself, gives me both the skill set and the lived experience to handle a wide range of organizing challenges.
