I don't know where to start from when we called her she came for a free est and gave us a amount.We felt connected right away and fell in love with her. When she came to do the job she was very professional and amazing she even stayed after the hours what we talked about to get the job done!!! She is amazing and super fast and organized I wish I could give her 10 and beyond stars . She didn't change us for the over time but we did take care of her. She's the best !!! Loving caring and friendly and she listened to us and didn't over sell stuff to us .thank you !!!! U out did ur self !!! We fell in love with our bedroom again !!!

Our house was out of control. We have two kids and two big dogs and we both work full-time. I needed organization 911. Alia was absolutely incredible. She surveyed our house, gave a recommendation for what to tackle and a reasonable quote. She has transformed our lovely home from a mess to a place we love and want to spend time in. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on project size, how much work needs to be done and distance traveled.
I do offer discounts and work with my clients if budget is ever an issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone Consultation - to discuss client needs
2. In Person Consultation - to see the space, discuss organization plan, see if any supplies will be needed and give a clear estimate on price and time it will take to finish project.
3. Schedule the service
4. Email client contract and list of things needed to organize the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Fashion design in college so I have an eye for design but through out my years of school and work I always found myself organizing every space I was in, everyone came to me for organizing advice and after doing it for so many of my friends and family I decided to turn it into a career since I love it so much.
