I can’t say enough about this woman! Worth every penny so far. I haven’t been very inspired to workout but definitely am feeling extremely motivated to keep up a healthier lifestyle thanks to Rachel. Rachel is everything you could ask for in a personal trainer. I'm a freshman in college and, after making some poor health choices first semester, wanted to make a change for a healthier lifestyle. Rachel crafts the perfect workouts for each individual and motivates you to do them correctly to best benefit your body. She also gives helpful tips on nutrition to compliment the workout as well.
