Introduction: Hi! My name is Rachel Butler-Green, Founder of Fit Mindful Body :) I'd love to help you hit your fitness goals! I am an athlete graduating from Loyola Marymount University and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since being in this business for over 10 years, with 5 years focused on injury prevention and rehab, I can work with anyone ranging from athletes to people with injuries. My clients love watching their physical abilities grow, their bodies change, and their lifestyles improve. Motivating you and helping you change your life in a realistic way is what it's about. Prior to the Pandemic, I trained out of a cool modern gym in Downtown Los Angeles called Urban Med, and was also a guest trainer at SpeedPlayLA. I was also one one the firsts to implement a fully remote virtual personal training model. Since the pandemic, my personal training services have grown even more! I have very convenient options and I understand that clients have different budgets with different goals. I am beyond satisfied with the training and most of all professionalism! I enjoy each session and I truly appreciate the individual attention I feel from Rachel, it’s as if I’m the only client she has. I love the fact that she keeps me accountable for my eating habits and I can’t say enough about the attention she shows to proper body alignment. I highly recommend Rachel if you are looking for a personal trainer. She’s literally the best!

I can’t say enough about this woman! Worth every penny so far. I haven’t been very inspired to workout but definitely am feeling extremely motivated to keep up a healthier lifestyle thanks to Rachel. She explains everything thoroughly, educates me, and really does have the knowledge-body health fitness- she knows it all. So far I’ve had two sessions with her and I can already feel a tremendous difference with my body. If you’re ever contemplating whether or not to hire a personal trainer I say go for it it’s the best investment you can make.

Rachel is everything you could ask for in a personal trainer. I'm a freshman in college and, after making some poor health choices first semester, wanted to make a change for a healthier lifestyle. Rachel crafts the perfect workouts for each individual and motivates you to do them correctly to best benefit your body. She also gives helpful tips on nutrition to compliment the workout as well. I've only been training with Rachel for a little while now, but I've already started to notice a difference and am excited to go to each session. 5 stars!
