I went to personal training as a last resort. I knew that I wanted to lose weight but needed the motivation to stick to the exercise and diet plan and stop making excuses. As a travel nurse who travels all around the country, I needed someone who was remote but also could meet my needs. I am SO glad I found Melody. She is kind, caring, has a great attitude and killer workouts. You don’t even have time to feel bored during the workout because she makes you sweat! Also, it’s nice to be able to chat with her through text and ask questions—she is available 24/7 and answers promptly unless she is doing a session with another client. I am extremely excited to keep going on my weight loss journey and excited to have the help ofMelody every step of the way. And if anyone is looking at the price and thinking it is too much, I promise that it is worth every single penny working with Melody. Would recommend to anyone who was like me and needs the motivation to lose weight, someone to have exciting new exercises and someone to make you absolutely sweat!

Melody is an extremely inspiring woman! she is deeply passionate about fitness and will be there for you no matter the situation! Although I did not train with her due to personal financial issues, she sent me a meal plan for free and said I could send her any questions if i needed help with my weight loss journey! She is not just a coach, she is a motivating and inspiring woman that changed my mindset on life and brought positivity in my life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Melody is a wonderful and very professional personal trainer. I met with her both in person and virtually, and she was prepared with a great workout for either format. She really listened to what I was looking for, and offered additional resources I didn't even expect, including some helpful tips on menus. She also checked in with me really frequently, which was helpful for staying on track. I ultimately did not work with Melody for very long because I was looking for a specific type of training (TRX) she could not offer virtually, but I would work with her again in a heartbeat if my focus changes.

As someone who is very new to training/any exercise regimen, I was very anxious about finding a trainer who wouldn't push me too far but at the same time push me as far as I could go.
