Dino has proven to be a trainer who made me challenge myself in ways I have never thought of. I considered myself relatively fit, but I wanted to become stronger and leaner. When I met with Dino, I told him of my desire to tone, sculpt and strengthen my body. He immediately honed in on my request by developing exercises specific to my body and the goals I wanted to achieve. He also suggested dietary changes which helped me with energy, endurnace and performance. I have seen amazing results and I look forward to my training sessions. Dino is a consumate professional. He is punctual which allows him to maximize my session time. His careful attention to eating habits, technique and positioning proves his seriousness about helping you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. Be prepared to work your buns off.

Dino Mosley is an awesome trainer who will help you reach your physical fitness goals. Dino is very experienced and unlike many other trainers I've worked with he focuses a lot of attention on diet and nutrition and helps to educate you so that you can meet your optimum weight. I lost 28 lbs in less than three months and became stronger and more physically fit at 45 than I had been in my 20's. If you show up and follow Dino's plan you will teach your goal. He's educated in diet, nutrition and helps clients who have injuries. I highly recommend him.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Started with me hearing a doctor tell my mother "if your not going to save your life at least let your son live"... I returned a few years later to ask the doctor what he meant by that and discovered how important health is.
