FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of service, session length, and whether training is provided in-person or virtually. Package options and recurring session rates may be available for clients looking for ongoing training and consistency. Any travel fees or additional costs will be discussed clearly in advance, with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial consultation to discuss the client’s goals, medical history, current activity level, and any movement or balance concerns. From there, an individualized training plan is created based on the client’s needs, abilities, and goals. Sessions are structured to improve strength, balance, mobility, gait, coordination, posture, and cognition through safe, evidence-based exercise. Training progresses over time with ongoing adjustments to ensure exercises remain effective, engaging, and appropriately challenging while supporting long-term independence and quality of life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes hands-on experience working in physical therapy clinic settings and exposure to neurological exercise programs focused on balance, mobility, and functional rehabilitation. I have also observed and drawn from established neurological fitness models such as Rock Steady Boxing to better understand effective, structured training approaches for individuals with neurological conditions. I am a certified ACE Personal Trainer and Brain Health Coach, which supports my ability to design safe, evidence-based exercise programs that integrate strength, gait training, coordination, and cognitive challenges to support overall movement, independence, and quality of life.
