Increasing strength and doing moves I wouldn't think to do and wouldn't think I could do. 3 months of personal training = Deadlift 62 to 118 lbs for 5 reps, Bench press 75 to 100lbs for 5 reps, Turkish get up 30lbs for 1 rep, goblet squat 35 lbs to 62 lbs for 5 reps.Jan 17, 2017Verified

Justin is an outstanding personal trainer. He and I have been working together for about a year now, and my results have been excellent. I'm the strongest I have ever been, and I've managed to do it while avoiding any of those pesky lifting injuries you get over time. Justin has deep knowledge of both traditional (bench, squat, deadlift) and athletic lifts (kettlebell, bodyweight) and a strong grasp of mobility that make him a truly great asset on your exercise journey. He's highly recommended!Nov 14, 2017
Simply put, Justin is fantastic! Unlike many trainers, he actually knows what he is talking about and genuinely cares about you and your results. He has a way of making the most challenging workouts really fun! I've never done a whole lot of weightlifting before but after training with Justin, I've noticed significant strength gains! Not to mention my arms and back look way more toned now. :) My biceps are pure muscle thanks to Justin! I could go on and on! There's no other way to say this. If you're looking to change your life for the better, reach out to Justin!Apr 25, 2016
