Matt is one of the best trainers I've worked with in the area. His group fitness classes are high energy, structured, and kick my butt! If you're looking for a trainer knows how to meet your specific needs he's your guy! I would give him an extra star for his killer playlists if I could!

Matt is a terrific trainer! He pushes me without being pushy..he's a breath of fresh air and he's the only person who can get me out and about @ 4:30 a.m.! I feel much stronger and more confident about my body since I've been working with Matt. He is a beautiful person inside and out. It's a pleasure to train with him every week.

One of my favorite trainers! Always awesome energy and an awesome attitude. Have trained with him both at Barry's Bootcamp and in private sessions. Never leave disappointed-- keeps things challenging and fun!

I needed a little extra motivation to get into the gym and needed to tone my body. Working with a trainer in LA can be intimidating, but Matt was a joy to work with. If you want results and work with a talented and genuine person call Matt!!

Matt is very patient when he needs to be but is also able to get the best workout he can from you. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is always willing to give helpful advice to his clients. As a mom of three efficiency is important and he is able to help me create a program that works for me!

    I also go to workshops, do online courses and always work with other trainers and take classes to learn new and exciting forms of exercise.

    I tend to work mostly with clients trying to lose weight or tone up.
