Introduction: If you have specific goals, whether they be acquiring a healthier lifestyle, improving your shape and curves, toning, weight loss etc, I will help you get the best results in the least amount of time possible. I will provide you with nutrition tips as well for your weight loss and management. Workouts I provide: -- Resistance training with weights in gym: For resistance training, I take my clients to Ultra Body Fitness Gym in West Hollywood. The gym is fully equipped and has everything we might need. -- For clients who want a session of Power Plate, Pilates on Reformer and/or Kinesis, if they have the machine and equipment at their home, I can start teaching them after one or two sessions in gym. The first session is free. On our first meeting, we will be talking about your goals and workout background so far. Then, I will do a posture analysis on your body to prepare an efficient workout schedule incorporating corrective exercises as well. Certificates: - Personal Trainer Certificate from NASM - Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Diplomas from Italian Fitness Federation - Emergency First Response Certificate - Heartsaver CPR AED Card from American Heart Association Specializations: Female Fitness, Body Building, Circuit Training and Cardio Fitness. The following are the sportive activities I taught and areas I am certified in: - One-on-one Resistance Training sessions with gym equipment (dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, weight machines etc.) - Bosu Integrated Balance Training -The Pilates Coach Mat 1 -The Pilates Coach Reformer - H.E.A.T. Level 1 Instructor - Kinesis - Power Plate - Group Fitness Classes in Studio: Pilates on Mat Abs and Hips Circuit Training with weights, body bars and elastic bands

Seda is a serious trainer. I have been working with her for about a year, and her workout regimen has dramatically changed my body. I have abs, pecs, and great endurance. She took 10 year off my looks. I recommend her to anyone looking to make a dramatic change in their body.
