Introduction: If you have specific goals, whether they be acquiring a healthier lifestyle, improving your shape and curves, toning, weight loss etc, I will help you get the best results in the least amount of time possible. I will provide you with nutrition tips as well for your weight loss and management.

For resistance training, I take my clients to Ultra Body Fitness Gym in West Hollywood. The gym is fully equipped and has everything we might need.
-- For clients who want a session of Power Plate, Pilates on Reformer and/or Kinesis, if they have the machine and equipment at their home, I can start teaching them after one or two sessions in gym.
The first session is free. On our first meeting, we will be talking about your goals and workout background so far. Then, I will do a posture analysis on your body to prepare an efficient workout schedule incorporating corrective exercises as well.
