I specialize in powerlifting, but also knowledgeable in other realms of fitness: weight-loss, weight gain, muscle building, regaining mobility and endurance. The number 1 thing I’ve learned during this process, it is that you make this a life style. You don’t just go to the gym to workout like maniac burnout and give up, which most of us tend to do. This life style requires time, dedication, discipline, and motivation. You need to have a fire inside of you burning at all times with the desire to be better and perform better. Things Don’t change over night you have to go get it. I’ve been training with Luis for the past couple of months. He’s is the the game for a reason he knows what’s he’s doing. If I’ve would of done this on my own I would of burned out 2-3 weeks after and called it a day. I’m a heavy set guy who had no strength, no idea of machinery usage. With coach Luis I’ve learned the proper way to use these machines and with that comes proper posture, breathing, pulling, slamming and so on. Things that most of us don’t know and have higher chance of getting hurt if we aren’t doing the workout properly. Coach Luis keeps the motivation going pushing me to do my best and be my best. It was awesome working with Luis. He walked me through every stretch and workout making sure i didn’t hurt myself. Very professional and respectful guy with a positive attitude. I strongly recommend Kilo Strength & Performance to anyone who is looking for quality training.

I've been able to decrease my body fat percentage by a few points by working with him. I have also have increased my 3 essential lifts by hitting several prs. The workouts are accommodated to my goals and how I feel that day. I wanted to tone and lose fat, my goals were met with him!
