I could not be happier with the recommendation of Rachel as my personal trainer. She's the perfect combination of tough, empathetic, and professional- not to mention she just happens to be hilarious. I've been working with Rachel for five months now, and I see a huge difference in my strength, flexibility, and endurance. She's pushed me to take better care of myself and has such genuine care for her clients. The fact that I'm down a few dress sizes feels like just an added bonus. Do yourself a favor and start training with Rachel, you will not regret it.Jan 25, 2019VerifiedRachel Steinberg - 📍Hollywood's reply

Rachel is friendly and knowledgable and helped me come up with a great training and nutrition plan of action that I can actually keep up with.Jan 21, 2020Verified
I’m still sore from yesterday’s session...but already looking forward to the next. Rachel is a killer trainer— she’s super funny, a total badass, and makes an hour go by real quick.Jun 6, 2019Verified
Rachel has been patient and great working with me. Even when I cry through most of our session lol She makes a point to not only be your trainer but your friend and that’s an important element lots of trainers lack. Rachel is fun, nice, and has a great bubbly personality. Definitely recommend.Dec 27, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies based on needs and goals and can always be adjusted! I start at $80 an hour but I always give a discount for your first intro session!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Before we meet I ask you a series of questions. Goals? Why those goals specifically? Any injuries or limitations? Past experiences trying to reach your goals? and more. That helps me plan a first workout for you and gives me a general idea so that we're not walking in together blindly. In the first session we'll do a warm up together, chat for a few minutes, and then do some full body work to analyze your strengths and weaknesses and game-plan for the future!
