Charlie is the best personal trainer I have dealt with. He has been very cooperative with my schedule and limitations as far as diet and available workout equipment. I highly recommend to anyone willing to follow a program who wants results.

Charlie is about as nurturing as you can get for someone who's about to put you through the physical ringer. He has a great attitude and his workouts are challenging and creative. He doesn't yell, he encourages. If you're lucky enough to train with him, I think you'll come out on the other side feeling very pleased with the results!

I reached out to Redeemed Training LLC to make me a workout plan. I worked out a good amount before but never felt like I knew what I was doing. After Charlie made a plan for my goals in the gym, he worked out with me in person to make sure I was doing everything correctly. It has been a month in the program and I feel stronger and just more knowledgeable about my workouts now. I highly recommend using Charlie for any workout plan or in-person training.

Working with Charlie has been great. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness. The app makes it easy to follow your workouts and track weights, while also giving you the flexibility to add in exercises. Charlie does a great job communicating and updating the workout plans to promote growth.
