- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on location and amount of people training. Prices range from $100-150. I do not do single sessions. Results occur with consistency and progression through a program. I typically charge monthly, but can discuss a slightly lower session price if clients wish to invest in a three month program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes to me I first talk through their goals and what their likes/dislikes are in the fitness world as well as what their past relationship to exercise is like. From there I take them through a short assessment that is similar to what a typical workout might feel like. I then suggest a training frequency and program type that I will create for them before taking them on as a client.
