This has been such a difficult year for me and I have developed some health problems that have induced significant weight gain. I was feeling hopeless, but CMW was the community and support I needed. I appreciated how comprehensive this program was. I LOVE Kristin's workouts, they are challenging, always different, and keep you motivated and feeling accomplished. I learned so much about nutrition and how to make sustainable changes that felt good. I learned about hydration and the importance of movement outside of exercise. I hadn't had a consistent workout practice in years and now I workout 4-5 times a week, I walk everyday, I drink tons of water, and I am more mindful of my nutrition. Shaun is absolutely amazing! He is willing to do whatever it takes for you to reach your goals! Probably one of the best qualities about him as a trainer is that he is realistic! Not the boring “broccoli, brown rice, and chicken,” he takes what you like and tries to find a happy medium so that you aren’t overwhelmed but are still able reach your nutrition and physical goals at a steady pace. Now that also means we have to be realistic too and understand we need to sacrifice haha totally awesome trainer who won’t give up on you!

The one program that works! I've tried multiple nutritionists and diet program, and Brian's was the one that worked for me and made the most sense. He has a system that enables you to make good food choices to help you with your goals. He doesn't just give you plans to follow, but actually educates you around how your body takes in food which allows you to make healthy choices beyond just your time with him. He teaches you how to make a lifestyle change and I can say it works. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for something that'll stay with you for a lifetime vs a trend/phase.

I have been meeting with Katie now for about 8 months and couldn't be happier! I had seen a nutritionist in the past and knew it worked for me, so when the lbs came back on, I knew I needed to find someone. I can't tell you how many nutritionists I reached out to who either, never got back to me, had outrageous prices, or said they would only see me if I had a chronic illness.. So when I found Katie, and she responded quickly, had affordable and flexible pricing based on how many times a month I wanted a check in call, and was also a great person to talk to, I was sold!!
