- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% off for multiple repairs and corporate accounts. I accept credit cards, cash, paypal, venmo
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a quote, when customer gives me ok to proceed, we agree to meet at customer’s place (Starbucks, office, home) at the scheduled time/date. I text customer 40 minutes before my arrival.
