- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our services a la carte so you only pay for the things you want. We include options like WiFi access at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure that your event includes everything you want whether that's with the picture template, type of background, or types of props.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The two owners are the ones who handle each event personally. We do not hire out contractors to show up to events so who you're talking to is who you'll get. We have 15 years experience as photographers shooting everything from weddings to operating photo booths.
