I reached out to Mr. Drains R&P yesterday because my mother’s water heater is not working. Josh was quick to responds to all my questions. He was able to go to my mother’s house the next morning and gave an estimate and a comparison. He communicated with me via texted at all times since I couldn’t be at my Mother’s house the day of. He sent me an update pictures as soon as he was done with the project. Sent me a copy of the invoice of all the information and warranty. We will definitely use this company again if ever need it. Thanks Josh for all your work! (before and after pictures)

Josh from Mr. Drains Rooter was fantastic. I had issues with my back porch sink and pipes; my house has old pipes! Josh came, took a look, and gave me two suggestions. I decided to go with what I thought would be best, and they came and, in a day, had everything working and looking great. I am very grateful for their services and professionalism. Between Josue and his brother Ishmael I have myself a one stop shop for all my plumbing and house needs. The team is super technical, work is high quality, appreciate the thoroughness, attention to detail and overall care in everything they do. I had a crazy plumbing backflow issue that flooded our first floor at midnight and Josue was lightning quick to respond and get his people out to the house and working by 8AM. Josue had a deep knowledge of land/ground behavior and different types of solutions from interim to more long term for plumbing. Everything is done per code, no shortcuts. No concern that there will be any residual or repeat problems once all said and done. My day job is a senior quality engineering manager so this review is coming from someone who's seen it all.
