Hello, My name is Rudy. I’m a private swim instructor from Cleveland, OH. The water is my second home, and I’ve made it my mission to teach as many people as possible how to be comfortable and confident in the water. I work with all ages, as early as three months old. I was on the swim team throughout middle and high school and my freshman year of college. I’m a portrait photographer. I specialize in natural setting portraits, but I know my way around a studio. I like to get creative with lighting and utilize the vibrant colors!

Rudy was amazing! I wanted to take swimming lessons with my daughter-in-law, and he was very accommodating in making that possible for us. Neither of us had any prior swimming experience but from the very beginning, Rudy made us feel comfortable, safe and confident. He's super patient and worked at our individual pace while still encouraging us to improve. He's professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and provides great value for the time and attention he gave us. It was such a positive experience and would definitely recommend him.

Rudolph "Rudy" was fantastic. Responded right away and helped me improve my strokes and treading water. Thank you so much for all your help!!! My snorkel trip was very successful as were my free swims in the pool.

Rudy was amazing. He taught me how to swim and was most importantly patient with me. He helped me maintain control of my body and stay calm throughout the experience!

I started taking lessons with Rudy a few months ago, and I can honestly say that he is an excellent instructor. When I first started, I had a pretty SIGNIFICANT fear of the water, but Rudy was patient and supportive, and he helped me overcome my anxiety in a way that felt safe and comfortable for me. I don’t know if my years of watching shark movies or my fear of a Titanic moment happening in life caused this, but I say all that to say that Rudy didn’t laugh off my anxiety and instead shared his own stories too which made the swimming lesson feel even more comfortable because it was being lead by a down to earth guy.

In addition to helping me get over my fear of the water, Rudy has also taught me some valuable swimming skills that I know will benefit me for the rest of my life. Learning how to swim is an important life skill that can help keep you safe in and around the water, and I feel much more confident and capable now that I have these skills under my belt.

Overall, I would highly recommend Rudy as a swimming instructor. He is patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, and I feel like I've made a lot of progress thanks to his guidance. If you're looking for a great swimming instructor who can help you build your skills and overcome any fears you may have, Rudy is definitely the person to work with!
