It was a big decision leaving LA and going back to the east coast and making sure I found the right manager to take care of my home. I’ve heard horror stories in the past about passive managers or difficult residents. Thankfully, David and the team have done everything since day one to prove the exact opposite experience. Belong has worked around the clock to help me manage my house in Culver City and I feel that I’m always in the loop, even all the way from NYC. Between plumbing issues to a pest problem in the kitchen, they are always there to fix whatever needs fixing and always with a smile on their face for my residents. I am so grateful for them, and I am really excited to see them succeed!!

Francisco has been super helpful with my home in Pasadena. There were many issues with the home that needed to be revamped before it was ready to be rented out. He worked so quickly and efficiently to get all the appliances, fix the plumbing issue, and get the garden and pool ready for summer. My home looks so beautiful now and Liam was able to get the home rented out to a great tenant in less than a week! Belong does great work. After raving about them so much, I have some friends that are going to start using them as well.

Really love the mission Belong has set out to do. They have a wonderful team of people that are always there to be of help. While everyone there is super helpful and friendly, I worked closely with David. He’s been helping me from the start and even provided my family with storing, hauling, and moving options as we are looking to make the move to the eat coast. We’re sad to leave our Mid-Wilshire home of 10 years but excited that we found the right partner to make sure we have quality residents and the home is kept in great shape. They have taken care of everything from finding the resident to maintaining the home, which really has taken all my worry out. My only regret is that I didn’t buy another home for them to manage!

Garrett is such a breath of fresh air to work with compared to the other people I was thinking of to help me manage my home. As a homeowner, I was worried about dealing with all the plumbing, paintwork, and maintenance issues that I had to address. Belong was there to do an amazing job and may I add very quickly as well. Even though they finished the job of getting my house rented out, Garrett still makes sure to be responsive and proactive whenever anything comes up. We offer two distinct programs for homeowners. Guaranteed and Upfront. With Belong Guaranteed you: 1. Sign, hand us the keys, and we'll get to work. Our homes have 66% less vacancy on average 2. You are guaranteed to get rent every month once we find someone to love your home 3. Pay 8% management fee. 1/2 month placement fee. With Belong Upfront you: 1. Sign, hand us the keys, and we'll get to work. Our homes have 66% less vacancy on average 2. Get a full year of rent upfront as soon we find someone who loves your home. 3. Pay 16.99% management fee. 1/2 month placement fee. Some may call this property management. We call it Belong.
