Michal was great in helping to get my unit rented! The propertymanagement company I used before EGL was unable to get my condo in Culver City rented for 2 months during the summer and with price drops.
Michal was very knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns, and set my expectations correctly. With help from Michal and the rest of the EGL team, a tenant was found at the beginning of fall (sometime in Oct) within 2 weeks of signing up, and for the price I had originally listed with the previous company!
I am super grateful to Michal and the rest of the team for being very transparent, efficient and organized in finding a tenant and managing my property.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 5% of the monthly income with a minimum of $125/mo. If there is a vacancy, then there is a separate one-time per tenant leasing commission of a half month's rent. If there is an on-site resident manager, there is no leasing commission. There is also a discount for multiple properties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a comprehensive list of documents needed to get started, and if you're transitioning from another management company, we will work directly with that company to transition all the paperwork. We try to make the transition as seamless as possible for our clients and their tenants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed brokers (required by the State of California) and also have professional designations through the California Association of Realtors as: Certified Property Manager and Certified International Property Specialist. We are members of the California Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles. Our employees are licensed, insured and bonded.
