Every property is different and has different needs so we base our pricing accordingly. We are always happy to offer discounts based on many different circumstances.

Doing a complete analysis of the property or properties and immediately getting to work on solving your needs, protecting your investments, and operating your property or properties more efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We own dozens of single family homes & mutli-family properties in Southern California and have been managing them successfully for years. We also have decades of combined experience in the real estate & technology industries.
