I just hired them in the middle of June as I purchased my duplex. Ryan is extremely patient and helpful. He communicates well and walked me through the steps to set up the online account. The transition from previous property management is smooth. So far I am happy with their performance and I look forward to a great working relationship with the firm.

Ryan was very professional from our first phone call. He met with me in person while observing Covid precautions and took the time to answer all my questions in a straightforward manner. He and his team were responsive to my needs while preparing the unit for rental. They then very quickly found good tenants for my unit. From what I have experienced thus far, I am confident in their ability to provide reliable management that will make my first experience as a rental owner easier. I really appreciate the work that Ryan and Emmanuel have put forth with my property. They've kept their promises with me regarding; time frames and how they intended to carry out our business together, which has alleviated much stress on my end. I can't forget Bianca, she's the assistant that carries weight of making sure everything is lined up properly, and she does a very good job of handling any of my last minute requests.
