- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Employees of LLC Property Management attend property management classes yearly and certification classes through AAGLA to ensure we are on top of the ever changing laws.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The partners of the company were commercial brokers for over 20 years. Having their own investment property, they decided to self manage. Being in the industry, many of their colleagues got wind of their managing and asked if they would be willing to take over their properties as well. Before they knew it, they had just under 100 units between the 2 of them and LLC Property Management was born.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in residential and commercial property management, which include single family homes, condos, estates, multifamily, retail, and office buildings.
