Our management company has 3 tiers of pricing with rates starting as low as 5-9%. We disclose ALL of our fees upfront. Please visit our website for more pricing details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to meet you at the property to inspect the property and help you come up with the best strategy on how to maximize your rental income. It is free of charge to obtain rental estimates and request a proposal from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed brokerage firm by CA Department of Real Estate, member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers)
