Mario and team are the best of the best. I have 3 building over 25+ units each managed by him and his team for 2 years now. All units get rented fast and he is always on top of maintenance and regulations. He always keeps me updated on everything that is going on and also super helpful with suggestions and ideas. I would recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking for a property manager.

Mario and the team at Real Property Management are awesome! In Los Angeles specifically, its a luxury to live in an apartment that has good management, but these guys are on top of it. Any time I have filed a maintenance request or had any other question or concern, I have heard back from them within the hour. Theyre friendly, quick, and super helpful. Thanks guys, keep it up!

I finally found someone that really cares about my investment. The costumer service is the best and there is no time wasted in finding the right telephone tree. They always pick up the phone and deal with your concerns right away. They assign a property manager to your account and hell always be the one answering the phone. Its a great company to deal with and they delivered on their promise. I recommend.
