- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different types of commission bases- this is based on what services you would like us to use for you. We deploy a lot of technology and partner with ad agencies to get your property the attention it deserves. If you are someone who is focused on getting an excellent experience, we can show you exactly how we do that. A higher-end service for your commercial property demands more of an upfront investment on our end. If you are looking for standard broker services, we are very competitive when it comes to these services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation is about asking intelligent questions to figure out exactly what it is that you are looking to accomplish. It's about me listening and asking smart questions to understand what your criteria is truly. The more specific your criteria are, the more we can pinpoint where we need to spend our attention. Ideally, the client should have some idea of what it is that they are trying to accomplish. When we find out what it is you are looking to achieve, I will lend my advice on the best way we can do this is most cost-effectively. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed commercial real estate broker in the State of California. I have completed negotiations courses through the Certified Commerical Investment Member association. I have a growth mindset when I approach Commercial Real Estate brokerage and advice; I am continually digesting youtube videos. Newsletters, and reading about the industry and other industries that are directly correlated to it. I am a member of the Entrepreneur's Organization in Los Angeles, where I am part of the accelerator program. This allows me the ability to learn from entrepreneurs from all different industries. This is an ongoing commitment.
