- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to save our customers the high cost of complete re-roofing, which is the "go to" in our industry. We prefer to extend the life of roofs, prevent them from being replaced prematurely, and keep the unneeded waste out of our landfills. We provide high definition photos of needed repairs and line item pricing for our clients, so they are informed and can make sounds decisions about their roof repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use drone technology to complete roof inspections safely, which does NOT require client be at home. Upon completion of a review of the roof photos, we provide a comprehensive, easy to read, and visually impressive Roof Report, by email. Our customers can schedule a video call, to review all of the roof photos and have a consulting conversation with a pro. We also can do this by phone, if preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a vast amount of roofing experience and training, as well as people with degrees in Customer Experience, Operations Management, Total Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, and other internal/external customer focused training.
