- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer onboarding takes place at the initial phone call. While discussing customer needs and my professional experience I can fully diagnose the situation and urgency. I treat each customer as a priority and we remain in constant communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in IT for well over 20 years. I have studied networking among other disciplines but most importantly, I have been in the field since I was 14 years old. I am versed in many technologies, environments, and workgroups. In addition to running my independent business parallel to my corporate experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young child I was introduced to a RadioShack TRS80 computer and i've been hooked ever since.
