Kuyen Kaabi says, "We are so glad we chose American Supreme Roofing to do a lift and relay on our 30yo tile roof. During our job, they replaced a number of rotted and water damaged roof boards and rafters, trimmed and painted close to 200 rafters tails, and installed new 6" K style gutters throughout. Daniel, our project manager, was great and really easy to work with. He was professional, transparent, responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and he definitely went above and beyond to deliver. His team arrived at 8am every day. They were efficient, respectful, and they left our property clean at the end of each day. We are really happy with the results of their work and would highly recommend Daniel and his team at ASR."

Donna S. says, "Our gutters were in really poor shape, so we had JDC come give an estimate for cleaning, replacing gutter guards, and adding some downspouts. While Jorge assessed our gutters, he also noticed some issues with our roof — some flashing that had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor. We were glad to have this pointed out to us, as we would never have known about it until it was too late. Because of their thoroughness and roof expertise, we hired JDC over a few others. We were quoted for a one-day job, but the work ended up spreading over two days, and we appreciate that they didn't rush. Instead, they took their time to do things properly — they even fixed some shingles and touched up our roof which wasn't in their scope. Jorge is knowledgeable, professional, and really cares about doing good work. We'd happily work with him again."

You may or may not need a permit. It depends on your location. In some cities, you may need a permit if you reside in a historic district or if the gutter installation project impacts the right of way.
