We believe in transparent, fair pricing. For one-time jobs, we provide clear estimates upfront with no hidden fees. For ongoing IT support, we offer flat monthly plans so customers know exactly what to expect each month. We also occasionally offer promotions for new business clients, such as discounted onboarding or first-month savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and current setup. From there, we assess the issue or environment, explain your options in plain language, and recommend the most practical solution. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and make sure everything is tested and working properly before closing out the job.
