Manuel responded quickly to my initial inquiry and he was able to come out and do the work within a couple of days. I had old ADT cameras from the previous owners that I wanted to switch over to Reolink cameras and Manuel was able to get both of them switched out and up and running within a couple of hours - would hire him again for all security and AV needs in your house!

Miguel is professional, meticulous, arrived quickly and responsive! To start: he messaged me back very quickly, was not pushy, did not request more than a general overview of what the project was and had no problem offering me range of what I was looking at cost wise.
