Introduction
Hello! My name is Paul and I’m a former amateur/pro boxer. With over 16 years of experience in the sport, I incorporate the same fundamentals I learned from Olympian coaches and trainers to help my clients reach their goals. Nothing I teach is "for the 'gram"...I train fighters and won't just mindlessly hold mitts for you.
It’s no secret that boxing is a grueling sport that requires physical endurance and discipline. My clients come from all backgrounds (pro’s, actors, teenagers and everyday people) who keep coming back for more and the results are immense!! My passion is to help people improve their technique and make them better fighters while getting into shape. I utilize multiple pieces of training equipment to do so.
Whether you are looking to get into better shape, want to expand your boxing knowledge or have a child that wants to start competing then I’d love to help you!

I wanted to take boxing lessons with my 5-year-old son. Since there were no parent/child classes that I could find, I began searching for a personal trainer for a private class. I'm glad I did! I booked Paul and he was great.
I was a little bit self-conscious going into my first lesson because I had never boxed before. I was worried I wouldn't know what the hell I was doing, and that I would look like an idiot.
Well that wasn't the case. Paul is super nice, he isn't intimidating, and he doesn't have an ego. He was also great with my son and was really engaging. Kids get bored quickly, so I was happy to see that he knew when to switch gears.
My kid and I had a blast, and we can't wait to have our next session.

My Son Kevin (13 years old) has been training with Paul for about 8 weeks now. Paul has done an amazing job working with him. Kevin started with zero experience, and under the guidance of Coach Paul, has made incredible strides. Kevin loves going to train and looks forward to going every week. Paul is patient and breaks all the techniques down to where Kevin doesn't feel overwhelmed. I'm glad to make the 45 minute drive so that Kevin can work with Paul. Anyone looking for a good, patient, skilled, and flexible Boxing Coach, Coach Paul is top notch.

Paul is very professional, he will tailor his session according to your goals, whether you want to loose weight or improve your technique. On top of that he is very flexible on scheduling, highly recommended!

Paul is awesome! It’s been hard motivating myself to work out alone during this pandemic. Training with Paul twice a week has been a great way to jumpstart getting back in shape. Definitely recommend him for private boxing lessons.
