Hello! My name is Paul and I’m a former amateur/pro boxer. With over 16 years of experience in the sport, I incorporate the same fundamentals I learned from Olympian coaches and trainers to help my clients reach their goals. Nothing I teach is "for the 'gram"...I train fighters and won't just mindlessly hold mitts for you. It’s no secret that boxing is a grueling sport that requires physical endurance and discipline. My clients come from all backgrounds (pro’s, actors, teenagers and everyday people) who keep coming back for more and the results are immense!! My passion is to help people improve their technique and make them better fighters while getting into shape. I utilize multiple pieces of training equipment to do so. Whether you are looking to get into better shape, want to expand your boxing knowledge or have a child that wants to start competing then I’d love to help you!
