You were never scheduled for a service because you refuse to send a deposit. We don't do business without a deposit. A deposit is how we know you're serious and want the service. If we use our resources to get to you and you cancel, then who's responsible for the resources it took just to get to you? No deposit,No service. We can't make special exceptions for only you , all clients pay deposit.
