Introduction

Please note: I teach remotely and in person at my at home. I received a Masters Degree in Vocal Arts from the USC Thornton School of Music where I studied voice with world-renowned vocal pedagogues and performers. My passion for teaching has grown throughout my own journey as a singer and I love the challenge of unraveling each unique voice. I believe that singing is a healing art, and I provide a safe space for students to learn and grow. The process of unleashing your voice not only liberates the soul, but it allows you to build confidence in all areas of life. In addition to my private studio, I am a teaching artist at the non-profit institution, Neighborhood Music School 1914, which provides lessons and scholarships for students that otherwise might not have the opportunity. I provide a warm and supportive environment for my students and I am passionate about reaching students of all skill levels through music.

My daughter has been taking lessons from teacher Elisa for over a year now, and she has really enjoyed it. Teacher Elisa is very encouraging and patient, helping my daughter build confidence in her singing and teaching her the techniques to make singing easier. My daughter’s voice has become stronger, and it's all her credit!Teacher Elisa really cares about the progress of her students and makes sure the student is learning in each lesson. She's also a master at keeping kids engaged by finding music they love to sing, which makes each lesson go by quickly for them. Overall, Teacher Elisa is not only a talented vocal teacher, but a wonderful person. I'm very glad we found her!

Rates: 30 min - $40 45 min - $60 60 min - $80
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin all of my lessons with a vocal warm-up and will ask you to sing something for me in order to get an idea of where you are vocally. If you don't have any music to sing, that's ok too! I will guide you through vocalizes and help you pick the right repertoire. We will discuss what you wish to achieve so I can come up with a plan that works for you. I will always leave you feeling vocally healthy, energized, and optimistic.
