- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation. I will do a full assessment of your voice and your vocal history. Then, we will discuss your goals, and which of my vocal courses will help us meet them.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for vocal technique and have been continuously learning and creating courses to improve, maintain and rehabilitate the voice. Also, I highly believe that the difference between a good and a great singer is one's ability to express themselves through performance, and also have a passion to help people acquire those skills too. As a shy person, I am a good example that nerves and shyness need not get in the way of a great performance!
