Luis came on short notice, set up a regular weekly cadence and walked us through all the details on the service step-by-step. He's taken special care to balance our chemicals because we have a child with extremely sensitive skin, going the extra mile to make sure we not only had a clean pool, but one all our kids could enjoy!
