Joseph and his team are true professionals. We’ve had a great experience with their pool service company. They are reliable, professional, and always keep the poolclean and well maintained. Communication is excellent, and they are quick to respond whenever we have questions or need additional service.
The technicians are knowledgeable, punctual, and pay close attention to detail. Our pool water has stayed crystal clear, and they consistently make sure all equipment is operating properly. "I couldn't get anyone to come and fix my spa on the weekend. Everyone I called was a couple of weeks out. They came in quickly and took care of everything. The person they sent was really nice and even took the time to talk and explain things to me even though it was on a weekend. Most people just want to get back home. I definitely don't call anyone else except them for my spa.

The job got done. However, the company proved to be unreliable and rescheduled dates and times on us 3 times (after they were ready supposed to be on site). They also rushed through the installation and had to be reminded to finish the entire job. Lastly, they left our pool equipment area a mess and we spent hours cleaning it up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate base pricing for all of our service plans. You can customize your packages if you would like to. You can even purchase the equipment and chemical’s directly from us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to gather all of the exact information up front before we even book an appointment so we can properly send estimates or quotes. We will then explain exactly what we will do when we arrive for the appointment so we are all on the same page. You can ask our technicians any questions you would like while they are there. If it’s something they don’t know they will call our office and speak with a senior technician or we will send a senior technician on over.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, trained, manufacture trained and certified for all water chemistry, chemicals, equipment, repairs and upgrades.
